Being positive

Lets talk about positivity! Think it, breathe it, feel it, talk it, embody it! The three levels of energy, positive, neutral and negative, when we think positive we attract positive and vice versa. A shift in mentality from negative or neutral shifts everything when it becomes positive. 

Now Im not going to say you won’t have your off days or meh ones, just don’t get caught up in them and allow them to be your current way of living. Just because you have something bad happen doesn’t mean everything is bad, it only becomes bad when you make the choice to see it that way. What I mean is like say you get a flat tire that now means you have to find time to go to the tire shop on a busy day. By letting that little inconvenience be this huge negative experience you now create more of the same “bad things.” So bad things pile up and you become the victim in thinking its happening to you, instead of realizing that like attracts like. 

Perhaps that flat tire prevented a horrific car accident. Maybe it prevented something worst from happening, maybe you needed new tires anyways. Perhaps the tires were bald and it happened because next week it was going to snow. You never know why anything happens, and dwelling on it being bad will only take your mindset and become bad. It can be hard to transition, but so worth the results. 


Think of a time where you let your day be determined by one small thing. Now think of how that whole day felt. Is that something you wish to have again? What could you do differently next time something bad happens? What steps could you take to shift the mentality and get back to the positive?
