Hot Days

Today I was busy running on my feet and I drank some but not nearly enough. Plus I didn’t replenish enough in electrolytes. Did you know how important it is to drink water and stay hydrated? 

Why is it important? Because we are up to 60% water. And as we get rid of water we must intake more to replenish. Also making sure we get electrolytes for balance in the body. If you don’t drink enough you tend to get things like headache, fatigue, and other things. 

This will be short because I got dehydrated from being on my feet all day in the hot stickiness. Next time I will replenish myself and keep on top of this. As for you stay hydrated dear friends!!

Today was a 8 1/2 until i got dehydrated and tired.
