Taking time to think
Start of week 3 here we go! Time to get my thinking cap on and start working on details of the goal to create more efficiency! That’s right I have spent 2 weeks working on my goal of writing my blog everyday for 30 days and yoga (although now it is foam rolling and stretching) and this week is all about making lists and getting more detailed with it. This means that instead of stressing myself about what I am going to write about I will have prompts all week that will be inspire me to write and take a huge amount of stress off of my shoulders. Normally I try to think about things day to day and a lot of the time I am not even sure what it is I want to write about anymore. Which leads me to this goal. Writing prompts for the week.

3. What can you do today that you didn’t think you could do a year ago? What would you like to see next year?
4. How do you practice self-acceptance? And what are some things about you that you accept good, and bad.
5. How do you notice when you’re nearing burnout?
6. How do you ask for help or support when you need it?
Each day I will pick one of these prompts to write about. This will leave me so much time to just have fun and engage in the present. Especially since I am going on vacation, I’d rather be focused on the now rather than worried about what to write later. During the next week my blog entries may be shorter than normal or may be longer, I don’t know. But I am giving myself leeway here so that way I don’t stress. It’s all about compromise and giving yourself modifications or alternatives. Staying focused on achieving your goals is all about working with yourself. If you aren’t having an on day it’s okay give yourself a break and then get right back after it, or figure out another route.
Sometimes it can be challenging but we as humans are always up for a challenge!
So if you are starting a habit build on it week after week. Give yourself to either aid you in its growth or challenge you to master it. That is how we stay focused. Sure there were days this week I was not in the right head space for any of this but regardless I wrote and did it anyways. That is the point, if you want to change then you just do it. Otherwise you are choosing what you already have. Well that’s it for tonight. Let’s start these prompts tomorrow and achieve it even on vacation!! I got this! Be well my friends.
